 Located near the Fort Walton Beach Medical Center's Outpatient Laboratory, we are across the street from White Wilson Medical Center's Immediate Care. From Racetrack Rd, follow Mar Walt Dr as it curves around the hospital and take a right on Hospital Rd. From Beal/Lewis Turner Blvd, take a right at the Hospital Rd stoplight (YMCA on the corner). We are the front office complex in the Health Care Park and ample parking is available out front. (see map below).
